The roots of Flame Trees FTG were planted in 2017 when we seized the opportunity to revive the old Captain America's site in Ferntree Gully. As locals ourselves, we envisioned more than just a dining spot – we aimed to rekindle the spirit of families coming together and relishing moments at the restaurant.
